Job Description
Talentmint is hiring for the position of Marketing Head for a leading Consumer Products Organisation to drive the end-to-end marketing strategy, through impactful Digital and Social initiatives. The role will anchor the organisation’s digital transformation agenda, champion innovation, foster cross-functional collaboration, and challenge traditional approaches to accelerate growth, profitability, and customer engagement in a fast-paced, start-up like environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute integrated multi-channel marketing strategies for new and existing products, leveraging consumer insights, competitor benchmarking, and market trends.
- Develop and implement brand strategies to ensure strong positioning, sustainable differentiation, and sales-linked growth.
- Drive P&L delivery through effective category management, cost optimization, and value chain efficiencies.
- Build and manage a robust innovation pipeline, accelerating sales through new product introductions.
- Create and refine influencer engagement strategies to amplify brand stories, build long-term partnerships, and inspire consumer adoption.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives across product categories, ensuring shared accountability for digital performance metrics.
- Strengthen consumer engagement by building digital communities, deploying innovative content, and leveraging emerging technologies and data analytics for campaign optimization.
- Champion innovation as a cultural driver, challenging existing models and enabling organizational change.
- Plan, manage, and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring ROI and adherence to financial targets.
- Establish a balanced insourcing/outsourcing model, overseeing the selection and management of agencies and partners.
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, enhancing capabilities to support business growth.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Experience: Minimum 15+ years of progressive experience in Marketing, with proven success in brand management, digital marketing, and business growth leadership.
- Strategic Expertise: Strong track record of developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies across consumer and influencer segments.
- Digital Proficiency: Expertise in digital marketing, social media platforms, performance marketing, SEO/SEM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
- Brand Leadership: Demonstrated ability in brand building, positioning, and driving customer engagement across diverse product categories.
- Innovation Mindset: Proven success in creating and scaling innovation pipelines, new product launches, and disruptive marketing campaigns.
- Commercial Acumen: P&L management experience with focus on category management, cost efficiencies, ROI optimization, and profitable growth.
- Influencer & Consumer Marketing: Experience in building and managing influencer ecosystems, consumer communities, and digital engagement strategies.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven decision-making ability, adept in market research, consumer insights, and advanced analytics.
