Talentmint is hiring for a dynamic Techno-Functional Business Analyst/ Senior Business Analyst for a Leading AI-Powered Industry Solutions Organization. Looking for someone with a strong background in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, and Technology Implementation. The ideal candidate will bring together consulting rigor and technology depth to deliver transformative procurement solutions for global clients. The role demands equal focus on solutioning, client delivery, and leadership in both functional advisory and technical implementation spaces.
Key Responsibilities
· Support the development and optimization of procurement processes aligned with client objectives and industry best practices.
· Assist in the implementation of Source-to-Pay solutions, including both Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay modules.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate procurement and sourcing needs into practical and scalable solutions.
· Participate in workshops to understand client business requirements and recommend configurations within the product capabilities.
· Work closely with senior team members to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of project components.
· Contribute to the preparation of project documentation such as scope definitions, timelines, task lists, and risk assessments.
· Engage with client stakeholders across Procurement, Business, and Technology functions to gather requirements and provide regular updates.
· Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring alignment on requirements and system functionality.
· Support the configuration, testing, integration, and training phases of the project lifecycle.
· Utilize data and analytics to support procurement process improvements and decision-making.
· Help drive project coordination activities, track progress, and support change management efforts in collaboration with project leads.
· Manage and mentor a team of consultants to deliver high-impact solutions and meet SLAs and KPIs.
Desired Experience & Qualification
· Good to have domain expertise in Procurement and Supply Chain Management.
· Hands-on experience in Tech Implementations (e.g., SAP, Ariba Oracle, Coupa, Ivalua, Zycus, GEP SMART, etc.,)
· Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to interact at senior levels
· Strong problem-solving mindset; ability to think “out-of-the-box” and craft strategic solutions.
· Experience in mentoring junior resources.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
· Persistent, detail-oriented, and capable of managing ambiguity
· High analytical aptitude with ability to link business outcomes to technical execution.
· Willingness to travel as per project requirements.
