Job Description
Talentmint is hiring for the position of Partner Account Manager for a Leading Indian Telecom Service Provider in the B2B domain. The role is responsible for developing and managing relationships with channel partners to drive sales of our products and services. This role involves working closely with partners to achieve sales targets of Both Telecom & Cloud &Platform Business of the company.
Key Responsibilities
1. Achieve Monthly Sales Targets:
• Drive sales through channel partners to achieve monthly business targets.
• Collaborate with partners to develop and execute sales strategies for our products, including SDWAN, PRI, Internet Leased Lines, MPLS, SIP Trunk, C-PaaS, Microsoft Azure Solutions, Cyber Security, VAPT, SOC, and SEIM solutions.
2. Account Management:
• Manage and nurture existing partner accounts to ensure ongoing business growth.
• Monitor partner performance and provide regular feedback and support.
• Develop and implement account plans to maximize sales opportunities and achieve targets.
3. Partner Relationship Management:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
• Conduct regular meetings and training sessions to keep partners informed about our products and services.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- B-tech Degree in Engineering Degree ideally Electronics & Communication. 7+ years relevant experience into enterprises sales/ B2B Sales/Channel sales / Telecom Sales.
- Excellent Account Management Skills
- Proven experience in Channel Partner management, Account Management Field Sales
- Strong understanding of Telecommunications or Worked with Large System Integrators.
