Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce FSC Developer to join our CRM development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, with a focus on Financial Services Cloud (FSC), and a proven track record of delivering scalable, high-quality solutions in complex enterprise environments. The person will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and other developers to design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
◼ Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce FSC platform.
◼ Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce configuration.
◼ Develop and maintain custom objects, flows, triggers, Lightning components, and integrations with external systems.
◼ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions.
◼ Integrate Salesforce with external and third-party systems using APIs and middleware.
◼ Ensure data integrity and security across Salesforce FSC implementations.
◼ Integrate Salesforce with external and third-party systems using APIs and middleware.
◼ Configure role hierarchies, permissions, and security (field-level encryption, audit trails) for compliance.
◼ Collaborate with product owners, QA, business analysts, and architects to deliver robust solutions.
◼ Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and support deployment pipelines.
◼ Develop documentation and deliver end-user training to ensure platform adoption.
◼ Monitor platform performance and implement enhancements aligned with Salesforce releases
◼ Optimize performance and scalability of Salesforce applications.
◼ Stay current with Salesforce releases and new features, especially those related to FSC.
◼ Provide technical documentation and support for deployed solutions.
◼ Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices and coding standards.
◼ Evaluate and ensure quality of deliverables within project timelines
◼ Ensure effective, efficient, and continuous communication (written and verbally) with global stakeholders
◼ Independently troubleshoot difficult and complex issues on dev, test, UAT and production environments
◼ Responsible for end-to-end delivery of projects, coordination between client and internal offshore teams and manage client queries
◼ Demonstrate high attention to detail, should work in a dynamic environment whilst maintaining high quality standards, a natural aptitude to develop good internal working relationships and a flexible work ethic
◼ Responsible for Quality Checks and adhering to the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) / Turn Around Time (TAT)
Desired Experience & Qualification
◼ Candidates should have a B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA in Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field
◼ 5–7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
◼ Minimum 2–3 years of experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
◼ Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
◼ Experience with Salesforce Data Model, especially FSC-specific objects like Financial Accounts, Goals, Assets & Liabilities, and Households.
◼ Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and role hierarchy.
◼ Experience with Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi), and external systems.
◼ Experience with AppExchange packages and custom object development
◼ Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado, Jenkins) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
◼ Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (preferred); Platform Developer II and FSC Consultant certifications (preferred).
◼ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
◼ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
◼ Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
◼ Knowledge of financial services industry processes (e.g., wealth management, banking, insurance).
◼ Experience with Einstein Analytics, OmniStudio, Marketing Cloud or Experience Cloud are a plus.
◼ Familiarity with Salesforce Shield, Event Monitoring, and Data Masking.ac
