Talentmint is hiring for the position of Head Marketing for a leading Multinational Publishing Brand. The Marketing Director is tasked with leading the marketing function to drive organizational growth and brand prominence. This involves spearheading strategies to acquire new customers, maximize revenue from existing customers, ensure exceptional customer service, and harness data analytics to make informed product and pricing decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership: Design and implement marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Revenue management: Product development, pricing, market segmentation and GTM creation.
Brand Management: Lead brand-building initiatives through integrated campaigns, partnerships, and digital innovation.
Customer Experience: Oversee customer service excellence initiatives to improve satisfaction and loyalty (NPS-focused).
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and market insights to inform product, pricing, and promotional strategies.
Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team aligned with organizational goals.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- MBA in Marketing from a Tier-1 institute.
- A minimum of 15 years in marketing, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership position. Ideal candidates will have a background in sectors such as education, publishing, FMCG, automobiles (preferably tire), consumer durables, consumer electronics, or digital-first businesses. Preference will be given to individuals who have played a key role in driving large-scale business expansion and revenue growth.
- Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies including GTM that drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent analytical abilities, with proficiency in using data to guide decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, crucial for engaging with stakeholders, both internal and external.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools.
- Experience in customer service management and achieving high customer satisfaction metrics, directly addressing the NPS goal.
