Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Retail Technical Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience in the implementation, development, enhancement, and support of Oracle Retail Merchandising applications.
The candidate should have strong experience across MFCS, RMS, RPM, ReSA, and ReIM, with at least one end-to-end Oracle Retail MFCS implementation being mandatory.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, Oracle APEX, REST APIs, Kafka, Middleware/ESB, JSON/XML, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Experience in using AI-assisted development tools and practices is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in implementation, development, enhancement, and integration activities across Oracle Retail Merchandising applications.
- Work on Oracle Retail MFCS, RMS, RPM, ReSA, and ReIM based on project requirements.
- Own or contribute to at least one end-to-end MFCS implementation, from requirements through deployment and stabilization.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical designs.
- Develop, customize, configure, test, and deploy Oracle Retail solutions.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Oracle Retail applications and external systems.
- Work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to validate requirements and solution designs.
- Troubleshoot application and integration issues and provide appropriate technical solutions.
- Support SIT, UAT, deployment, Go-Live, and post-production stabilization.
- Prepare technical specifications, development documentation, test scenarios, and deployment documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve development efficiency through AI-assisted development tools and practices.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Oracle Retail
- 5+ years of Oracle Retail experience
- Hands-on experience with one or more of:
- MFCS – Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service
- RMS – Retail Merchandising System
- RPM – Retail Price Management
- ReSA – Retail Sales Audit
- ReIM – Retail Invoice Matching
- Mandatory: At least one end-to-end MFCS implementation
