Job Description
Lead the city-level Financial Product Distribution (FPD) operations by driving business growth, building and managing high-performing distributor teams, ensuring customer engagement, and maintaining compliance—all while meeting revenue and productivity targets.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Revenue Generation:
Drive team-level sales and profitability across financial products including broking, mutual funds, life & health insurance, cards, and loans.
• Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of part-time salaried Financial Product Distributors (on vendor payroll). Ensure their training, productivity, and performance are aligned with company goals.
• Customer Acquisition & Retention:
Expand UHNI and corporate customer base. Foster local area programs, referral models, and client retention strategies.
• Operations & Administration:
Oversee daily branch operations, ensure smooth backend functioning, and manage distributor level reporting and escalations.
• Compliance & Risk Management:
Adhere to all regulatory and internal compliance norms; monitor CIBIL scores, documentation, and grievance redressal.
• Market Intelligence & Strategy:
Scan local competition and consumer demand trends. Engage in innovative planning to align with evolving market dynamics.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Experience: min 3 years in wealth sales (Wealth Management firms, Banks, NBFCs)
Education: Graduate
Age: Below 33 years
