Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, Payroll & payroll coordination, compliance, and HR operations. The candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR activities and ensuring smooth workforce management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
Coordinate with departments for hiring requirements
Manage employee onboarding and induction process
Prepare offer letters and appointment letters
2. Employee Records & Documentation
Maintain employee files and HR databases
Handle joining formalities, documentation (PF, ESIC, KYC, etc.)
Update employee records regularly
3. Payroll & Attendance
Maintain attendance, leave records, and shift schedules
Coordinate with accounts for payroll processing
Ensure timely salary processing and compliance
4. Statutory Compliance
Ensure compliance with labour laws (PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.)
Maintain statutory records and registers
Coordinate with consultants for filings and returns
5. Employee Engagement & Relations
Address employee queries and grievances
Organize employee engagement activities
Maintain healthy employee relations
6. Performance Management
Support performance appraisal processes
Track employee performance and feedback
7. Exit Formalities
Handle resignation process and full & final settlement
Conduct exit interviews
Desired Experience & Qualification
· Any Bachelor’s degree / Bachelor’s degree in HR / MBA in HR
· 1–3 years of experience in HR (preferred)
Skills
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Knowledge of labour laws and HR practices
· Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software
· Organizational and multitasking ability
