Job Description
Drive business finance partnering through financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision support by leading budgeting, forecasting, commercial analysis, and performance management. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize pricing, margins, costs, and business performance while driving transformation, analytics, and process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop dynamic business plans, financial modelling, front ending business on critical decision making.
- Drive month end closing, analyze trends (Revenue, margins, overheads), monitor the cost price movements, compare results vs budgets.
- Responsible for driving closure of Annual budgets/ submissions and quarterly business forecasts, 5 year business strategic outlook.
- Monthly engagement with stakeholders on price mix, cost trends, budgets and analysis of reasons for variation.
- Deep dive in cost structures, co-piloting business on commercial models (pricing, margins, product mix).
- Drive change initiatives – SAP S4HANA, CRM, data intelligence and analytics
- Coordinating with Product and procurement for new initiatives and processes
- People management, stakeholder management, timelines/deadlines on deliverables.
Desired Experience & Qualification
15+ yrs with CA qualified / MBA from Tier 1
