Employee Engagement Rewards& Recognition

Job Description

The Employee Engagement Executive will be responsible for driving employee engagement initiatives and learning & development programs across the organization. The role focuses on building a positive workplace culture through rewards & recognition programs, employee events, inductions, and basic training interventions.

Key Responsibilities

Learning & Development (L&D)

  • Coordinate and manage employee induction / onboarding programs for new joiners
  • Organize and support basic training programs
  • Maintain training calendars, attendance records, and training MIS
  • Coordinate with internal trainers and external vendors for training delivery
  • Collect training feedback and support basic training effectiveness evaluation

Employee Engagement

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities such as festivals, theme days, team events, town halls, and offsites
  • Manage birthday celebrations, work anniversaries, and employee milestone events
  • Drive engagement initiatives to improve employee morale and participation
  • Support internal communication related to engagement activities

Rewards & Recognition (R&R)

  • Execute Rewards & Recognition programs (monthly/quarterly/annual awards)
  • Coordinate nomination, evaluation, and reward distribution processes
  • Maintain R&R data and ensure timely communication and visibility of winners

Events & Culture

  • Plan and manage employee events, celebrations, and internal campaigns
  • Coordinate logistics, vendors, budgets, and event execution
  • Support leadership and HR in culture-building initiatives

Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain engagement and training dashboards / MIS
  • Track participation, feedback, and outcomes of engagement initiatives
  • Work closely with HRBP, Admin, and leadership teams.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualification & Experience: MBA with 2+ yrs experience in Planning & Executing Employee Engagement & Rewards & Recognition programs.
