Job Description
The role demands hands-on experience in testing and application of raw materials used in the manufacturing of waterproofing chemicals, ensuring product quality, performance, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Candidates must have expert level knowledge of Cementitious & Non-cementitious coating application with & test methods in construction waterproofing for 2K repairs, bonding agents & mastic coatings etc.
2. Candidates can able to Manage Multiple application development programs and utilize 1K & 2K guideline formulation design with Latex to develop end product against sunken areas, horizontal roofs & vertical walls application as per customer requirements.
3. Provide technical service at customer end by plant/market/customer sample analysis and assist to identify and resolve the issues effectively.
4. Testing of new products developed at Pilot Plant & competition products to identify the benchmarking performance using physical and application testing on IR-Spectroscopy, Spectrophotometer, UTM & CTM machines etc.
5. Candidate must have experience conducting testing on various equipments related experience in construction waterproofing segment
6. Candidate must have computer skills such as MS-office word, excel & Power-point & knowledge of handling ERP system. Maintain ISO Related documentation
7. Candidate should have effective communication & presentation skills & be able to give training to applicators & suppliers etc.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Must have knowledge of Cementious & Non Cementitious waterproofing coating of Emulsion Polymers for Construction Chemicals.
