Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Retail HR professional who has worked with organizations in the retail sector and understands the fast-paced, people-centric nature of retail operations. The role involves managing end-to-end HR activities for retail teams, ensuring smooth manpower planning, employee engagement, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail roles including store staff, sales associates, and supervisors.
  • Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.
  • Visiting multiple retail stores and malls to poach the candidates for effective hiring process.
  • Monitor attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
  • Address employee grievances and support day-to-day HR operations.
  • Coordinate with store managers for manpower planning and performance reviews.
  • Support training, engagement, and retention initiatives for retail staff.
  • Assist in handling disciplinary actions, warnings, and exit formalities.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources or related field.
  • 2–8 years of HR experience in the retail industry.
  • Hands-on experience in retail hiring and employee management.
  • Good understanding of labour laws and HR compliance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
