Job Description
To bring focus on quality trade led current account acquisition across key markets and increase base of trade active transacting clients fetching regular and granular trade and Fx income. This role is in synergy with PCAM (erstwhile PCARM) and will work on the focussed markets and cities only , targeting SME/ MSME clients
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new-to-bank Trade & Forex current accounts.
- Source high-value Trade FX CA and offer working capital credit facilities.
- Target SME/MSME clients with turnover above ₹2–5 Cr and CA floats of ₹10 lakhs+.
- Build and manage a strong portfolio ensuring CA, Trade & FX revenue targets.
- Engage with business owners, promoters, and senior management in the mid-market segment.
- Ensure compliance with all KYC/AML guidelines.
- Good knowledge of Trade, FX, CMS & working capital products is essential.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Education: Graduate / Post Graduate (Full-time/Regular)
Experience: Minimum 5+ years in Trade & Forex
Certification: IIBF Certification – Mandatory
Essential CA/TFx /Assets Sales experience
High value TRADE FX Current Account Acquisition. Knowledge on Trade & Fx ,CMS & Trade Assets Products.
Knowledge on working capital / trade assets.
Detail knowledge of KYC guidelines and AML policies
Good communication & presentation skills
