Job Description
We are looking for a Research Scientist to work on a new Pharma Polymer project. The role involves R&D, regulatory understanding, lab experimentation, and scale-up support for pharma excipient polymers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Knowledge on the application of polymers in Pharma Industry/ Pharma Polymers.
2. Basics knowledge on the polymer approval process in Pharma Industry. Regulatory Compliance, Knowledge on Safety & Toxicology Studies, Quality Standards: USP/NF monographs, ICH guidelines.
3. Knowledge on Documentation: DMF (Drug Master File) submission for excipients.
4. Capability to perform detail literature search / reviews on the new innovation opportunities as per guidance.
5. Conducting laboratory experiments, requiring understanding of basic principles of synthesis, interpret experimental results, develop internal systems & procedures and ensure proper documentation of all the scientific and technical work.
6. Capability to summarize experimental findings and conclude on different sets of a larger experiments.
7. Support to the Scale up activity at Pilot & Plant level.
8. Knowledge & basic understanding of different Polymeric material characterization techniques. Proper understanding of the analysis process as per business requirement.
9. Detailed knowledge on pharma excipients.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Education : M.Sc /B.Tech/ M.Tech with 5-6 years of experience in specially in Pharma Polymer Industry
